Within a company, Operations is responsible for the activities of getting goods or services to the customer.

My hope for students taking my course is that they will

• Understand Operations Management in practice
• Get comfortable with problem solving

We will blend operations concepts with examples drawn from my extensive industrial experience and hands-on exercises designed to build problem solving skills.
