New! Sessions will be Organized by Timeslot
Watch for the schedule to be finalized at the beginning of March.
Access
At that time, visitors may click Schedule in the Header menu to activate our “mega-menu” of timeslot links on a desktop computer. On any size device from the hamburger icon, visitors can view all timeslot links on a slide-out menu.
Structure
Each timeslot will have its own web page, consisting of up to three individual Sessions (for example: Thursday, April 3, 10 AM-12 Noon, Session 1A, Session 1B, Session 1C).
Navigation
Buttons at the top of each page will allow visitors to navigate to the previous or next timeslot. At any time visitors can access either the mega-menu or slide-out menu to jump to another timeslot.
Zoom Registration
Individual Sessions require separate advance Zoom registration using the Register buttons next to each Session. Fill out the Zoom Registration Form with your name and email, and you will receive the Zoom Link, Meeting ID, and Passcode immediately. Session reminders will be sent to all registrants one day and one hour before each Session.
